Cancelation Policy
We understand that sometimes an unanticipated event happens in everyone’s life. We desire to be effective and fair to all our clients and therapists. In order to do that, a 24-hour notice is required when canceling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. Late cancelations will be charged 50% for the service reserved. "No-Shows" will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. Cancelation policy applies to gift certificate recipients.
Same Day Appointments: If you need to cancel or reschedule same day appointment, please notify us at least 3 hours prior to your scheduled time. Cancelations made less than 3 hours before the appointment, will be charged 50% for the service reserved. No shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service
Late Arrivals
Late arrivals may result in a shortened session in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending on how late you arrive, we will determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the treatment length, you will be responsible for the full amount of the service reserved.
Reservations
A credit/debit card is required at the time of booking to hold your appointment and maybe charged according to our cancelation policy if necessary.
Refund Policy for Prepaid Services:
If you've prepaid or booked online for a service using a debit or credit card and choose to cancel your appointment, your refund will be issued MINUS THE TRANSACTION FEES CHARGED BY THE CARD PROCESSOR.
If your request for online booking is declined/canceled by our establishment, you will receive a
FULL REFUND.
