Cancelation Policy

We understand that sometimes an unanticipated event happens in everyone’s life. We desire to be effective and fair to all our clients and therapists. In order to do that, a 24-hour notice is required when canceling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you cannot give us 24 hours of advance notice, you will be charged 50% for the service reserved. "No-Shows" will be charged 100% of the schedule service. Cancelation policy applies to gift certificate recipients.

 Same Day Cancelations: If you need to cancel or reschedule a same day appointment, please notified us at least 3 hours prior to your schedule time. Cancelation made less than 3 hours before the appointment or failure to show up will result in 50% charge of schedule service.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending on how late you arrive, we will determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the treatment length, you will be responsible for the “full” service."
