Cancelation Policy

We understand that sometimes an unanticipated event happens in everyone’s life. We desire to be effective and fair to all our clients and therapists. In order to do that, a 24-hour notice is required when canceling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you cannot give us 24 hours of advance notice, you will be charged 50% for the service reserved. We will charge for the total amount of the service reserved for a no-show. This amount must be paid before your next scheduled appointment. (Our cancelation policy applies to gift certificate recipients canceling less than 24 hours or no-shows).

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending on how late you arrive, your therapist will determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the treatment length, you will be responsible for the “full” session.
